As a certified life coach, I have completed extensive training in areas such as psychology, goal setting, and communication. I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation and committed to ongoing professional development.
I believe that every individual is whole, capable, resourceful and creative in their most natural state. My approach is centered around supporting my clients cultivate self-awareness and identify their values so that they start taking steps towards their life visions. I am committed to providing a safe space for my clients to explore their inner world for their transformational change in and between our coaching sessions.
I currently offer one-on-one coaching sessions. My areas of expertise include stress management, self discovery, self compassion, self empowerment and personal development to live a purposeful life.
